September 2015, I decided to quit dairy.
This was interesting, because I never really enjoyed cows milk like everyone else,. I always found it awful, especially how it looked when it went 'off' ...
I switched to Koko (coconut milk) first and didn't eat cheese, yogurt etc.
I felt really good, no bloated stomach or aches and pains.
The more I challenged my body, the more I started to become sensitive from within, and I could feel everything (I was more connected to myself).
Scott also joined me with this, but he struggled, as he really loved cheese. His stable diet was bread, dairy and meat (like most peoples in the modern society).
It's an exciting journey, when you release you have the power to decide.
Even more so, when I realised the industry behind the dairy industry and how much of an impact I was making by not funding this corporation.
Did you know that cows need to give birth in order to produce milk?
This means, people purposefully impregnate the cow (Rape) so she can give birth.
Then that calf is either put to slaughter (male), or used in the dairy industry (female).
I know the truth can hurt, and it's heart-breaking to think how many animals have been tortured, for the sake of a tradition that makes millions.
Knowing where the milk was fr4om, also made me question what was in cows milk?
Especially the ingredients that they don't have to declare; blood, puss, antibiotics etc. All of which is not the traditional 'milk' from a cow that we have been deceived with since we were born.

The biggest change I felt, was the increase of energy! Each time I completed a challenge my energy levels went up, and I knew I was making the best decisions for my growth.
