Challenge - Climbing Pendle Hill

I love challenging my mind, body and soul.
Pendle Hill is a beautiful climb of 577 metres, with an incredible view.
I understand you CAN do anything you put your mind too! Using the power of your full attention, energy and focus.
It was time to conquer my fear of heights, cold, wind and potential harm.
After diving into the unknown, I see clearly now. There is no fear. It was just thoughts.
Thoughts I needn't of given my energy too, thoughts of the past self and other peoples fears.
The climb brought me into the present moment, refreshed my mind and the wind blew away my doubt. Self doubt, of all the things that 'could' go wrong. Why would I think this way?
What reality am I creating? To suffer... or not to suffer? That is the question.
I understand how nature creates this calming feeling, that's right, feeling.
Mother earth reminds me to feel. Step out of my thoughts and truly be in the moment:
I CAN climb Pendle Hill
I CAN enjoy the cold wind
I CAN do absolutely anything
Remember, so can you! You can do anything, so the next time you say 'I can't...'
Switch it up and change your reality -'I can!'
Think of all the possibilities and opportunities that come into your life! Focus your attention on what you can do, and who knows, maybe you CAN do much more than you ever imagined.
I am very grateful for my journey on this planet, to be apart of the collective consciousness, finding my inner authentic soul.
