I decided to run 6 miles for sports relief in 2016!
My friend Tamsin and I trained hard to build strength and stamina.
This was a lovely little run around Townley Park in Burnley.
Running/jogging was a big part of my life before my injury, I hope it comes back round so I can eventually complete a triathlon one day in the near future.
